Ingredients
- 2 lb stew meat
- potatoes
- carrots
- onion
- 1 small can tomatoes
- beef or chicken bouillon if wanted
Directions
- Brown meat dredge in flour with salt and pepper
- Have water boiling
- Add browned meat
- Browning the meat gives the flavor Simmer 4 to 5 hours or until tender
- Add quartered potatoes carrots onion and can of tomatoes
- Season with salt and pepper Add a couple packages of beef bouillon
- Continue simmering until vegetables are done
