Stewed Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 hen
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c corn meal
- pastry
Directions
- Cut up chicken clean and wash
- Put chicken in stewing pot with water
- Keep enough water in pot to cover chicken
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Stew until almost tender
