Stir-Fried Beef With Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt sugar and soy sauce
- dash of garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 c cold water
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 c water
- 2 tsp beef bouillon
- 1 small bunch bok choy chopped
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 c mushrooms sliced
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 head broccoli cut up stem sliced
Directions
- Can make up your choice of vegetables
- Heat oil add meat Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes
- Add onion mushrooms and carrots Stir-fry until onion turns clear
- Add cornstarch mixture
- Bring to boil and stir until thickened
- Add bok choy and broccoli Cook until desired doneness
- Serve over rice
