Stir-Fried Cabbage

Ingredients

• 1 head cabbage shredded
• 4 to 5 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
• 4 Tbsp bacon drippings
• 14 c chopped onion
• 12 c bell pepper chopped

Directions

1. Fry bacon and set aside
2. Saute onion
3. and
4. bell pepper in bacon drippings
5. Drain and reserve 3 to
6. 4
7. tablespoons of the grease
8. Put the cabbage in the grease
9. and
10. fry stirring until cooked but still crisp
11. Add the
12. crumbledbacon onion and bell pepper mixture just before completion of cooking
