Stir-Fried Corn And Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 medium red pepper seeded and cut into small strips
- 1 medium green pepper seeded and cut into small strips
- 2 medium zucchini thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 14 c vegetable oil
- 1 tsp crushed basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 4 ears cooked corn
Directions
- Saute red and green peppers zucchini and garlic in oil for about 5 minutes
- Add corn kernels from cob
- Add basil thyme salt and pepper in skillet
- Cook stirring until heated
