Stir-Fried Pork Tenderloin With Vegetables
Ingredients
- 34 lb pork tenderloin
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp dry sherry
- 2 12 tsp cornstarch
- 1 14 tsp sugar
- 14 tsp minced fresh ginger root
- salad oil
- 12 bunch broccoli
- 12 lb mushrooms sliced
- 1 carrot thinly sliced
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp water
Directions
- Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces
- With knife held in slanting position almost parallel to the cutting surface cut tenderloin crosswise into 18-inch thick slices
- In medium bowl mix pork with next 5 ingredients
