Stir-Fried Pork With Garlic

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless pork tenderloin trimmed of fat cut into 2 x 18-inch strips
- 2 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1 12 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- 14 tsp Chinese chili paste
- 2 12 Tbsp peanut oil
- 3 scallions sliced
- 3 garlic cloves sliced
Directions
- In a bowl combine pork sherry soy sauce vinegar cornstarch ginger sugar and chili paste
- Toss to mix
- Marinate 30 minutes
