Stir-Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked rice
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 14 c carrots
- 14 c chopped onion
- 14 lb chicken ground beef pork chop beef or bacon strips
Directions
- Put oil in a heavy pan or wok add meat and vegetables to oil and cook until tender
- Add spices and eggs then add rice and stir slowly on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes
- Serve hot
