Stir-Fried Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 4 carrots julienned
  • 2 green onions sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 12 tsp sugar

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet or wok over medium-high heat
  2. Add garlic and ginger and cook 20 seconds
  3. Add beans carrots and onions cook stirring 2 minutes
  4. Add water soy sauce and sugar Reduce heat to medium cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp
  5. Makes 6 servings
