Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef pork or Polish sausage
- 1 c sliced carrots
- 12 c sliced celery
- 1 c sliced onions
- 1 c green peppers
- 2 c snow peas
- 1 c bean sprouts
- 2 c water chestnuts
- 3 c cabbage sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- any vegetables of your choice
- 5 oz Worcestershire sauce
- cooked rice
Directions
- Put slices or chunks of meat in skillet
- Add Worcestershire sauce
- Brown meat until tender
- Add remaining ingredients and cook until tender stirring constantly
- Serve over rice with additional Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
