Stir-Fry Chicken With Pea Pods
Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp plus 1 12 tsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp dry white wine
- 12 c chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp lite soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 4 scallions
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 8 oz can water chestnuts sliced
- 1 pkg thawed pea pods snow peas
Directions
- Marinate skinned boned chicken breasts in egg white 1 12 teaspoons of cornstarch and wine for 20 minutes at room temperature or overnight in fridge
