Stir-Fry Lemon-Honey Pork

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless pork loin
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 12 c lemon juice
- 14 c honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 8 oz snow peas
- 12 c sliced onions
Directions
- Cut pork into thin strips
- Dredge in the flour
- Cook quickly but thoroughly in the hot oil
- Remove meat from skillet
- Add remaining ingredients to drippings and cook 2 minutes until crisp but tender
- Stir pork strips in and serve
