Heat a small wok or skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil
Add shrimp toss and fry for 30 seconds
Add scallops stir and cook another 10 seconds
With a slotted spoon remove seafood to a plate
Add to wok the broccoli and carrots and fry for 30 seconds add bell pepper snow peas and tomato and cook while tossing for an additional 30 seconds Return seafood to wok
Add sauce mixture and quickly toss until thickened
