Stir-Fry Shrimp For Two

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp roasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 12 c water
  • 14 lb peeled deveined shrimp
  • 14 lb bay scallops
  • 12 c broccoli florets
  • 14 c carrot sliced thin
  • 12 c bell pepper slivers
  • 12 c snow peas sliced
  • 12 c tomato chopped
  • toasted sesame seed optional
  • steamed rice
  • cooking oil

Directions

  1. Heat a small wok or skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil
  2. Add shrimp toss and fry for 30 seconds
  3. Add scallops stir and cook another 10 seconds
  4. With a slotted spoon remove seafood to a plate
  5. Add to wok the broccoli and carrots and fry for 30 seconds add bell pepper snow peas and tomato and cook while tossing for an additional 30 seconds Return seafood to wok
  6. Add sauce mixture and quickly toss until thickened
  7. Add sesame seed if desired Serve over rice
