Stir-Fry Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 c chopped cabbage
- 1 c chopped carrots
- 1 c chopped onions
- 12 c chopped sweet pepper maybe 1 hot pepper
- 12 c chopped zucchini
- 1 c chopped cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Heat oil about 1 minute
- Add vegetables with wooden spoon Stir constantly until food is only wilted but still crunchy
