Strawberry-Pineapple Jello
Ingredients
- 6 oz pkg cherry jello
- 16 oz crushed pineapple with juice
- 12 pt sour cream
- 1 large pkg frozen strawberries
- 12 c water
Directions
- Cook jello strawberries and pineapple with water in a large saucepan
- Bring to a boil
- Pour 12 of this mixture into glass dish or bowl
- Chill until firm
- Spread sour cream on top of set jello
- Carefully spoon remaining 12 of mixture on top of the sour cream
- Chill until set
