Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

  • unbaked double 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 14 c flour
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 c rhubarb cut up
  • 1 12 c sliced strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp margarine

Directions

  1. Combine sugar flour salt and nutmeg
  2. Add fruit mixing well
  3. Let stand for 20 minutes
  4. Spoon into pie crust and dot with butter
  5. Put on top crust
  6. Bake at 400 for 40 to 45 minutes
