Strawberry-Sour Cream Salad

Ingredients

• 2 3 oz pkg strawberry Jell-O
• 2 c boiling water
• 2 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries
• 1 12 c crushed pineapple not drained
• 2 bananas diced
• 1 c sour cream

Directions

1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water
2. Add fruit
3. Pour 12 of mixture in a 11 x 7-inch or 9-inch square pan
4. Refrigerate until jelled
5. Spread sour cream on top
6. Pour remaining Jell-O mixture over cream and refrigerate
7. Cut into squares to serve
