Strawberry And Cream Squares

Ingredients

• 2 3 oz pkg strawberry gelatin
• 1 12 c crushed pineapple
• 2 c boiling water
• 2 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water add berries stirring occasionally until thawed
2. Add pineapple pour half the mixture into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan
3. Chill until firm
4. Spoon sour cream over chilled gelatin spreading in an even layer
5. Pour remaining gelatin over chill until firm
