Strawberry Angel Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 large or 2 small pkg wild strawberry flavor gelatin
• 2 c boiling water
• 1 c cold water
• 1 pt fresh strawberries or 1 pkg frozen strawberries
• 3 12 c whipped topping
• 4 c angel food cake cubes

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
2. Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened
3. Slice strawberries and sprinkle with a little sugar if using fresh
4. Blend whipped topping into gelatin then fold in cake cubes and strawberries
5. Spoon into 13 x 9-inch pan
6. Chill until firm
