Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp cinnamon
• 2 c sugar
• 1 14 c crushed pecans
• 4 eggs beaten
• 2 12 c crushed strawberries
• 1 12 c vegetable oil

Directions

1. Spray pan with Pam
2. Put dry ingredients together mix well and add the rest
3. Bake 1 hour at 325
4. Let set in pan 5 minutes before dumping
5. Bake in loaf pan
