Strawberry Bread Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour plain
• 1 c sugar
• 1 12 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 12 c oil
• 1 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries thawed

Directions

1. Combine all dry ingredients mixing with a fork
2. Beat eggs oil and berries until well blended then add flour sugar mixture and mix well
3. Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes
