Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Angel food cake
• 2 small pkgs frozen strawberries
• 2 pkg strawberry jello
• 12 pt cream chilled evaporated milk will do
• few drops lemon juice about 12 tsp

Directions

1. Dissolve jello in 1 12 c hot water
2. When cool add strawberries which have been thawed and lemon juice
3. Whip cream and add to mixture
4. Put a layer of mixture in bottom of pan Break cake into small chunks
5. Alternate layers of cake and mixture until all is used
6. Chill
7. Slice and serve with whipped cream
