Strawberry Candy
Ingredients
- 2 c pecans
- 2 c coconut
- 2 large boxes strawberry Jell-O
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- few drops of red food coloring
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Shape into strawberry by rolling about 1 heaping tablespoonful of mixture into ball and pinch one end and the other end flat
- Dip flat end into some granulated sugar green then roll the rest in red granulated sugar
