Strawberry Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
• 1 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand milk
• 1 13 c lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 qt fresh strawberries
• 1 16 oz pkg strawberry glaze

Directions

1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy
2. Add milk a little at a a time
3. Blend until smooth
4. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla
5. Pour into crust
6. Chill for 3 hours or until set
7. Top with strawberry glaze
