Strawberry Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 1 9-inch pie shell or graham cracker crumb crust
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk not evaporated
• 13 c concentrate lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 qt fresh strawberries
• 1 16 oz pkg prepared strawberry glaze chilled

Directions

1. In large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy
2. Beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth
3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla Pour into pie shells
4. Chill 3 hours or until set
5. Top with strawberries and desired amount of glaze
6. Refrigerate leftover
