Strawberry Cheese Salad

Ingredients

• 2 pkg strawberry jello
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• nuts
• 2 c boiling water
• 1 pkg frozen strawberries thawed

Directions

1. Dissolve jello in water
2. Put in blender or food processor Add cheese in 1-inch cubes
3. Blend until smooth
4. Stir in berries and nuts
5. Pour into mold
6. As jello begins to thicken stir to distribute fruit and nuts evenly
