Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 pt strawberries
• 1 8 oz container strawberry flavor soft cream cheese
• 12 c milk
• 2 Tbsp confectioners sugar
• 1 4 oz chocolate sq

Directions

1. Slice all but 4 berries
2. Mix cream cheese milk and confectioners sugar until smooth
3. In 4 goblets layer half of sliced berries then half of cheese mixture
4. Repeat
5. Garnish with whole berries
6. Shave the chocolate bar
7. Top each goblet with 1 ounce shaved chocolate
