Strawberry Cobbler
Ingredients
- 12 c butter melted
- 1 c self-rising flour
- 14 c plus 12 c sugar
- 2 c fresh strawberries
- 12 c water
- 34 c milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Pour melted butter into a shallow 1 12-quart baking dish
- In a large bowl combine flour 14 cup sugar and milk
- Pour mixture evenly over butter
- Combine strawberries remaining 12 cup sugar and water in a separate bowl then spoon evenly over the flourmilk layer
- Do not stir Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned
