Strawberry Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. softened butter
- 6 oz. softened Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 small jar strawberry preserves
Directions
- Mix first four ingredients with a fork.
- On floured surface, roll out dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Using a cookie cutter, punch out 2-inch rounds of dough.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Top each round with approximately 1/4 teaspoon strawberry preserves.
- Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.
