Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 9-inch pie shell baked
• 12 c water
• 2 pt whole strawberries
• 12 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions

1. Combine softened cream cheese milk and sugar mixing well until blended
2. Spread onto bottom of pastry shell
3. Cover with 1 pint strawberries
