Strawberry Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 34 c sugar
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 12 c milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp butter

Directions

1. In top of double boiler blend together sugar flour salt and milk
2. Beat eggs and vanilla
3. Place over boiling water and stir until thick
4. Set aside until cold
5. Cover crust with a layer of sliced strawberries
6. Top with filling and refrigerate to chill Spoon whipped cream around edge of filling
7. In center put whole berries
