Strawberry Crumble
Ingredients
- 1 12 c plain flour
- 13 c brown sugar
- 34 c soft margarine
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 2 egg whites
- 10 oz strawberries I use more
- 1 c sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 10 oz Cool Whip
Directions
- Beat egg whites stiff adding sugar and lemon juice
- Add this to whipped topping
- Add strawberries last
