Strawberry Frozen YogurtDiabetic
Ingredients
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 14 c water
- 2 c evaporated skim milk
- 12 c plus 2 tsp granulated fructose divided
- 14 tsp salt
- 32 oz nonfat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 pt strawberries
- 14 c skim milk
Directions
- In a large saucepan soften gelatin in water for 2 minutes Place over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved
- Add evaporated milk 12 cup of the fructose and salt to gelatin
- Stir over medium heat until well blended approximately 5 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Stir in yogurt and vanilla
- Set aside
