Strawberry Ice

Ingredients

• 4 c strawberry halves
• 1 bag miniature marshmallows
• 1 Tbsp milk
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp grated lemon peel

Directions

1. Place strawberries in blender
2. Cover and blend until smooth Microwave marshmallows and milk in large mixing bowl on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth when stirred stirring after 1 minute Gradually add strawberries to marshmallow mixture beating until well blended
3. Blend in juice and peels
