Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients
- 1 qt strawberries washed and hulled
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c white wine
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 12 c cold water
- 12 c boiling water
- 2 c heavy cream whipped
Directions
- Crush berries
- Add sugar and white wine
- Stir well
- Chill Soften gelatin in cold water add boiling water
- Stir to dissolve
- cool
- Combine gelatin and chilled strawberry mixture beat with rotary beater until slightly thickened
- Fold in whipped cream
- Turn into 2-quart ring mold
- To serve fill ring with additional strawberries and whipped cream
- Garnish top with large berries
- Yields 10 to 12 servings
