Strawberry Mousse Salad
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg strawberry-flavored gelatin
- 1 c hot water
- 12 c cold water
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 c fresh strawberries sliced
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water
- When dissolved add cold water Blend mayonnaise lemon juice and salt and add to gelatin mixture beating thoroughly
- Chill until partially set then whip fluffy Fold in strawberries
- Pour into a mold and chill several hours
