Strawberry Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 3 c flour sifted
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 14 c chopped pecans
- 2 c sugar
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 14 c vegetable oil
- 2 c frozen strawberries thawed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
- Makes 2 loaves
