Strawberry Nut Loaf

Ingredients

• 3 c plain flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 c sugar
• 1 tsp soda
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1 14 c pecans
• 2 10 oz pkg strawberries frozen thawed
• 1 14 c oil
• 3 eggs beaten

Directions

1. Sift dry ingredients
2. Add pecans and mix
3. Make a well in center
4. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into well
5. Stir enough to moisten all ingredients
6. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans Bake at 350 for 1 hour
