Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 12 c sugar or Splenda
• 4 Tbsp cornstarch
• 2 c cold water
• 1 box strawberry Jell-O

Directions

1. Mix together the sugar or Splenda and cornstarch Add the cold water Cook on top of stove until thick Remove from heat and the Jell-O Mix well and allow to cool Pour this mixture over the strawberries you have put in your pie crust Refrigerate and top with Cool Whip
