Strawberry Quick Bread

Ingredients

• 3 eggs beaten
• 2 c sugar
• 1 12 c oil
• 1 16 oz box frozen strawberries and juice partially thawed
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Combine eggs sugar oil and strawberries
2. Beat well
3. Add flour soda salt and cinnamon
4. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until bread tests done
5. Cool only slightly and remove from pans
