Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
Ingredients
- 2 12 c fresh or frozen strawberries crushed
- 1 12 c finely diced fresh or frozen rhubarb
- 2 12 c sugar
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple undrained
- 1 3 oz pkg strawberry flavored gelatin
Directions
- In a large kettle combine strawberries rhubarb sugar and pineapple
- Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
- Remove from the heat
- stir in gelatin until dissolved Pour into jars or frozen containers leaving 12-inch headspace Top with lids refrigerate or freeze
