Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pt strawberries
• 3 c washed unpeeled and diced rhubarb
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 12 c sugar
• 3 Tbsp tapioca quick cooking kind
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Cut rhubarb into

4. Mix
5. all ingredients together and let stand
6. while
7. making pie crust
8. Bake at 425 for 35 to 40 minutes
9. Makes 1 9-inch pie
