Strawberry Rhubarb Salad
Ingredients
- 1 c rhubarb
- 34 c water
- 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
- 12 c sugar
- 1 c pineapple juice
- 1 c apple peeled and chopped
- 12 c nuts
Directions
- Cook rhubarb in water for 8 to 10 minutes
- Remove and add Jell-O sugar and juice
- Chill slightly
- Fold in apple and nuts
