Strawberry Ribbon Pie

Ingredients

• 1 3 oz pkg strawberry Jell-O
• 14 c granulated sugar
• 1 14 c boiling water
• 1 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
• 13 c sifted confectioners sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• dash of salt
• 1 c heavy cream whipped
• 1 9-inch baked pastry shell cooled

Directions

1. Red Layer
2. Dissolve Jell-O and granulated sugar in boiling water add frozen berries and lemon juice
3. Stir until berries thaw then chill until partially set
