Strawberry Shake
Ingredients
- 1 c skim milk
- 34 c fresh strawberries or frozen unsweetened strawberries partially thawed
- 12 c vanilla ice milk
Directions
- Put milk and strawberries in blender container
- Blend 8 to 10 seconds
- Add ice milk
- Blend until smooth
- Serve immediately Yields 3 2 14 cup each servings 80 calories per serving Exchanges
- 12 milk per 34 cup serving and 1 fruit
