Strawberry Sherbet

Ingredients
- 4 c fresh strawberries
- 2 c sugar or to taste less is better
- 2 c buttermilk
Directions
- Rinse drain and hull berries
- Add sugar and mash
- Stir in buttermilk
- Pour into refrigerator trays freeze 2 to 3 hours Remove from trays break into chunks
- Beat with electric beater until smooth
- Refreeze until firm
