Strawberry Shortcake Squares

Ingredients

• 2 c all-purpose flour
• 14 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 c margarine
• 23 c half and half
• 1 egg beaten

Directions

1. Combine flour sugar baking powder and salt
2. Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal
3. Combine half and half and egg stirring well
4. Add to flour mixture stirring just until moistened
