Strawberry SorbetMake Ahead
Ingredients
- 1 pt strawberries prepared
- 1 c water
- 12 c sugar
- 2 12 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 12 Tbsp orange liqueur
- 2 egg whites
- 14 tsp cream of tartar
- 14 c sugar
Directions
- Twirl lightly into strawberry mixture and re-freeze
- Serve over watermelon chunks in champagne glasses
- Garnish with fresh mint
- Delicious light dessert
