Strawberry Soup
Ingredients
- 2 c strawberries pureed
- 2 c whipping cream
- 116 tsp nutmeg
- 18 tsp coriander
- 14 tsp vanilla
- 12 c granulated sugar
- 18 c sour cream
- whole berries for garnish
Directions
- Put all the ingredients except the sour cream in electric mixer container
- Mix on low speed 5 to 7 minutes until sugar has dissolved completely and emulsifed
- Add sour cream and mix 1 more minute
- Chill Serve with whole berries for garnish
- Makes 6 servings
