Strawberry Square Salad
Ingredients
- 34 c strawberry gelatin
- 1 12 c hot water
- 1 12 c pineapple juice may use water
- 10 oz frozen strawberries thawed and drained
- 1 c crushed pineapple drained
- 1 c miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin and water together
- Add pineapple juice Place in the refrigerator until partially congealed
- Fold in fruit and marshmallows
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Place in refrigerator overnight to congeal
- Serves 24
