- 2 to 2 12 lb roast beef meat round chuck or sirloin tip or leftover roast beef
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 34 c grated onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tsp salt
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp ground cumin
- 12 c oil
- 2 c chopped fine onions
- 12 c pimiento chopped
- 2 c tomatoes chopped fine without skin and seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
Directions
- Make marinade for meat
- Combine 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce grated onion garlic crushed 3 teaspoons salt 12 teaspoon pepper and ground comino
- Mix well and rub it into the meat
- Marinate meat for 12 hour
